C# ASP .Net Developer with strong front-end skills

Essential skills & experience
The ideal candidate will...

Have a minimum of four years commercial ASP .Net development using C#, with experience of the Visual Studio environment.
Highly proficient in coding HTML, CSS, JavaScript & jQuery.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3 and application of web design and development ‘good practice’ standards such as:- accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, screen resolution, etc.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop - taking layered designs and turning them into fully functional, pixel-perfect sites & web applications.
Demonstrate experience in web application development using SQL Server 2005/2008.

You must have a portfolio of website development work which demonstrates your abilities.

Additional skills that will set you apart:
Proven experience developing .Net CMS, ideally the Kentico CMS platform.
A working understanding of Windows Server and IIS configuration.
Have experience of using version control systems e.g. Subversion.
Ability to create mobile optimised versions of a website.
Experience of email marketing best practices and compliance issues.

Graphic Designers

Syndicut always on the look out for exceptional designers, with strong ideas and a passion for digital design to join our creative team.

The person
Confident, outgoing, open to ideas and suggestions. No shrinking violet.

Responsibilities
Key member of the design team, taking work from concept stage though to final production, resulting in pieces to be proud of.
Liaising effectively with clients and presenting ideas with confidence.
Collaborating with extended network of creatives; photographers, illustrators etc....
Liaising with external suppliers to ensure work is of the highest standard.
Reporting to Design/Creative Directors and working closely with the creative and technical team and Senior Account Manager.

Skills and Experience
Dedicated design background to middle level in digital and print.
Have very strong online / digital design experience, with the ability to design conceptually for the web as well as print.
Bursting with big ideas and exceptional standards
Organised and efficient with a beady eye for detail.
Experience of leading creative projects from start to delivery.
An outgoing attitude with a positive approach.
Passionate about design and knowledge of recent trends to push the boundaries.
Knows Adobe CS like the back of their hand.
Flash experience preferable, and must be aware of CSS and HTML.
A friendly person with a good sense of humour.
Will happily chat about design all day long.
Big brand experience would be a bonus.
