Middle/Senior Weight Designer

Syndicut is looking for an experienced middle/senior weight designer, with strong ideas and a passion for digital design to join our small, but perfectly formed creative team.

The successful applicant will take on an important role in our close-knit family.

The person
Confident, outgoing, open to ideas and suggestions. No shrinking violet.

Responsibilities
Key member of the design team, taking work from concept stage though to final production, resulting in pieces to be proud of.
Liaising effectively with clients and presenting ideas with confidence.
Collaborating with extended network of creatives; photographers, illustrators etc....
Liaising with external suppliers to ensure work is of the highest standard.
Reporting to Design/Creative Directors and working closely with the creative and technical team and Senior Account Manager.

Skills and Experience
Dedicated design background to middle level in digital and print.
Have very strong online / digital design experience, with the ability to design conceptually for the web as well as print.
Bursting with big ideas and exceptional standards
Organised and efficient with a beady eye for detail.
Experience of leading creative projects from start to delivery.
An outgoing attitude with a positive approach.
Passionate about design and knowledge of recent trends to push the boundaries.
Knows Adobe CS like the back of their hand.
Flash experience preferable, and must be aware of CSS and HTML.
A friendly person with a good sense of humour.
Will happily chat about design all day long.
Big brand experience would be a bonus.
