Specialising in internal communications, Syndicut understand the importance and complexities of gaining stakeholder buy-in when managing change within an organisation, so we took a strategic approach. Working hard to engage with stakeholders, we undertook a brand audit, designed and facilitated focus groups as well as distributing surveys with over 200 stakeholders. We collated and analysed our findings before our graphic designers created a powerful new brand concept that better represented Wood Greens’ fun and passionate personality, whilst also incorporating the importance of the work they do - fighting for a series cause.
